(ITL ) is a part of Rs. 2000 million ITL group , which was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of Indus Leasing Ltd. on 25.07.1991 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to ITL FINLEASE & SECURITIES LTD. to bring the same in line with the name of group i.e ITL .The Company was registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) in 1997-1998.
